Graphic Designer

Responsiblties;

Feedback and Revisions: Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions to achieve final approval.
Print Production Oversight: Collaborate with printers and suppliers to ensure quality control during the production process, from proofing to printing / final output. Work with OFD graphics to complete jobs on time
Brand Storytelling: Develop graphics that effectively tell the story of our wines, including their origins, flavor profiles, and unique qualities, enhancing customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Event and Promotion Design: Design promotional materials for events such as tastings, festivals, and trade shows, ensuring impactful visuals that attract and engage attendees. +
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product development, and other departments to create cohesive marketing materials that support sales strategies and product launches.
Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from peers and stakeholders on design effectiveness, and proactively suggest improvements or innovations to enhance the brand’s visual presence.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity, particularly in packaging and branding.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take constructive feedback.
