Job Description:

Responsiblities:

Lead all development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems
Implement scalable internal technical solutions to make business more productive
Manage large scale integration projects using existing technology as well as third party SaaS products and onboard third-party software solutions; especially and including support of due diligence of potential M&A transactions followed by any post-merger integration technology projects.
Leverage data to understand risk, impact, scope, and priorities of our business objectives, and enable the team to drive results
Build a team as the company scales and business demands increase, in short-term utilize on- or off-shore and/or contract resources

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience leading technology teams, both internal and external, preferably with at least 4 years spent leading large technical and/or business programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent years of experience; Master’s degree preferred
Experience with SAP, NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills, able to work under deadlines in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence effectively, balancing between competing priorities while remaining flexible and creative.
