Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and escalate user issue so the appropriately experienced team/analyst.
- Research issues via Knowledgebase/Quick Sheets to aid in troubleshooting.
- Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, that may include schedule end user desktop troubleshooting session.
Requirements:
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Formal Education & Certification
- Previous knowledge of ticket tracking system i.e., Salesforce and Jira
