Help Desk Developer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Work as a part of our global operations team, supporting our SaaS products and services.
• Create and review documentation that is both internal and external facing.
• Draft and review reports, to be shared both internally and externally.
• Carry out ad-hoc daily and weekly tasks as assigned, to support departmental operations and objectives.
• Effectively escalate IT related issues to the other operatins team members when providing first line support to users.

Qualifications:

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with a history of providing direct support to a variety of end-users.
• Demonstrated team, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Strong Office stills, particularly Excel.

Key Skills:

• Microsoft Windows.
• Detail Oriented, MS Office.
• Ticketing Systems, Active Directory.
• Desktop Support and Collaboration.
