Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Apply technical skills in support and maintenance of computer, audio visual related equipment, and network systems in a business environment.
- Interact with employees while resolving technical issues.
- Provide help desk operations control based on established guidelines.
- Assist the Technology Service Department on large projects as well as accomplish small projects as assigned.
- Propose productivity process improvements to increase workflow efficiency.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees related to technology.
- Work with third party vendors to ensure contracted services are completed to standard.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of business practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
