Responsiblities:
- Ensure documentation of all SOPs, systems flows, technical specifications, and database schematics.
- Act as System Administrator for all the Business IT Applications and point of contact for any troubleshooting.
- Create reporting tools that can be leveraged by the Business for on demand data mining and report generation.
- Ensure IT plans around server room management, server backup plans and hardware replacement.
EXPERIENCE:
- A bachelor degree in Information Technology.
- 8-10 years in IT administration role and 1 - 2 years as a team lead role.
- Proven experience in managing all IT functions in local and satellite office environment.
- Prior experience in setting up IT infrastructure for a small to medium office.
- Good English language skills.
