IT Solution Business Analyst

Job description:

Responsibilities :

• Develop effective stakeholder relationships to ensure collaboration in the project planning and design phases, and throughout the lifecycle. Establish ongoing engagement and information flow to manage expectations. 
• Evaluate end to end requirements, including business process and solution options and validate with stakeholders. Translate business requirements into a customer specific system solution. 
• Support solution implementation tasks: testing , key user training, and system process mapping as required by the project. Provide input and develop requirements and identify  and operational dependencies and assumptions comprehensively.
• Identify potential risks, issues, gaps, and dependencies in the development of solutions. Create functional requirement document on how to address them. Work with service delivery team for effective transition of post go-live support activities.
• Support Post Implementation Reviews, improvement, standardisation and quality assurance for business analysis artefacts and deliverables.
• Help to develop and manage the appropriate tools, processes, and templates, and create a centre of excellence for best practice in Business Analysis.
