Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB Physical and Logical data model design, including Class Hierarchy, Identification, Reconciliation, Normalization, and Model Management; developing a suitable logical & physical model.
- Strong focus on CMDB data quality, completeness and integrity.
- Contribute, coach, and support the ServiceNow developer team with the CMDB configuration, maintenance, and operation.
- Worked in ITOP, CMDB and ITSM Workflows
- Expertise across the breadth of the SNOW platform.
- Architect Storage solution with integration to NetApp Ontap APIs, Ansible playbooks
- Architect, design and deliver CMDB based data analytics solution for KP Block storage services
