Job Description : Required Qualifications :
- Desired level of experience is 10 to 12 years.
- Excellent communication skill is mandatory
Technical Skills :
- IVR flow developers who are working in Genesys or Avaya or Cisco platforms and used Java & VXML for the development
- JavaScript fundamentals & syntax and ready to work on the scripting language ( Not as UI skills) - The candidate should do coding test in JavaScript
- At least conceptual knowledge in state-machine (can read from YouTube or learning site in 4 hours)
- Knowledge in Java or any Object Oriented Language and good in Logic , Algorithms and Data structures.
- Need to lead onshore and offshore development and QA team as Lead Engineer
