Job Description :
Responsibilities
- Writing technical specifications and requirements definitions based on user inputs, conceptual design and stated business requirements.
- Consulting with business operations and end-users to document, update, and refine user manuals, product guides, and data sheets.
- Participating in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design and coding.
- Participating in the design and development of new features, products, and utilities.
- Serving as tier 1 to 3 technical support on O&M projects.
- Maintaining existing codes, support, document, and test bug fixes and enhancement.
- Analyzing software failures to find root causes of errors and devise fixes to pre-empt similar faults in the future.
Requirements:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in any STEM majors.
- Show an interest to pursue an accelerated career path in information technology.
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Have course works with hands-on programming projects using any modern programming languages like Java, C#, Python, TypeScript, familiar with OOA/OOD.
- Have good system and/or data analytics skills.
