Responsibilities:
- Work closely with offshore team developers to guide and develop best in class web applications.
- Lead the development of complex programs spanning multiple teams across the organization.
- Provide technical oversight to the development process including reviewing the technical design, frameworks and the deployment architecture.
- Research, identify and introduce new technologies, patterns that can elevate the platform.
- Develop proof of concepts to quickly identify gaps and technical challenges prior to development.
- Provide technical guidance to offshore developers to help build effective engineering practices and grow their technical skills.
