Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Research support requests using available information resources.
- Respond to customer service requests and assigned tickets according to specified priority levels.
- Coordinate and install software and hardware for users. Installation may be performed at the user station or via the network.
- Equipment also includes printers, tablets, telecom equipment, and similar devices.
- Configure advance system settings and application software at multiple workstations.
- Maintain an up-to-date technical and practical knowledge and understanding of hardware and software support and analysis.
