Job Description :
Responsiblties:
- Develop custom-coded vanilla/plain JavaScript Appian UI components.
- Leverage 3rd party JavaScript libraries to enhance custom-coded JS Appian UI components.
- Provide guidance to Business Analysts regarding the implementation complexity of their designs to aid the customer in deciding which approach to pursue from a cost/benefit perspective.
- Demonstrate periodically to the team during Daily Stand-Ups features as you complete them.
- Participate in all Agile-based ceremonies, to include assisting the team with story estimation.
- Execute unit tests and integration tests against your changes.
- Assist other JavaScript developers with their tasks from a peer programming perspective, including reviewing their code and implementation approach.
- Use processes and tools that support the DevSecOps pipeline, including JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and Fortify.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in core JavaScript.
- Knowledge of front-end development.
- Experience with popular front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with server-side programming.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
