Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Gathering, compiling, and analyzing business process data specifically as it relates to IT systems and the business systems that rely on IT.
- Identifying trends, errors, and missing data in datasets and processes.
- Creating alternate depictions of data to identify and highlight potential issues.
- Summarizing key findings in concise summary reports for key stakeholders.
- Creating and documenting "to-be" process benefits in graphic, narrative and oral formats.
- Collaborating with TIS-OTG team members to capture business needs and engineer effective cloud solutions.
