Lead Business Analyst

• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of within Client Onboarding function.
• Exposure to multi-jurisdictional requirements including CDD, EDD, FATCA and CRS.
• Exposure to application of L across multiple business lines.
• Extensive experience as an IT-Business Analyst with Hands-on experience in implementing projects.
• Experience working on PEGA (Pega KYC and Pega CLM).
• Experience of working in Agile squads.
• Proven experience working within Financial Services (Bank/IT Services/Consulting) in the area of Client Onboarding, Regulatory Compliance (including AML/KYC), Client Lifecycle Management with a focus on delivering technology solutions to drive efficiencies and solve key client challenges for onboarding, review and remediation, AML/KYC, CDD/EDD.
• Sound knowledge of AML functional processes with ability to clearly map current state processes and engineer future state processes ensuring they incorporate business drivers.
• Aptitude to learn quickly and attention to detail and process orientation with ability to think creatively and strategically with a focus on achieving outcomes
• Should be capable to drive discussions with business stakeholders, manage client workshops, co-ordinate with Product Owners, SME’s and guide/mentor squads to successfully deliver the backlog based requirements.
