ABOUT THE ROLE

The Treasury currently issues debt for multiple bond programs.  Each of these issuances results in bond proceeds that need to be paid, on a reimbursement basis, to the various institutions and agencies on behalf of which the bonds were issued.   Because the proceeds are paid on a reimbursement basis, we have a need to track the proceeds and ensure that payments are made in accordance with legislative authority and bond requirements.  As a result, we are developing a new Bond Req. System.

There are numerous .Net , SQL and other tasks to do such as:

a. Define & Implement Security in the System working with Main user and ISO.

b. External Portal design and coding.

c. SQL Data conversion tasks if needed.

d. Develop help system.

e. Assist in UAT testing.

Proficiency in the following technologies:

.NET, Visual Studio, C#, VB.NET, VBA, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, SQL Server, XML, Web Services, Source Control, Content Management Systems.

o Experience with the software development lifecycle including waterfall, agile and other methodologies

o Experience with OKTA, SAML or single sign-on solutions a plus.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION Project is a large Transformation program based on Azure, API and Microservices for a US based Healthcare client Good exposure on .NET, Azure, Microservices , API, PL/SQL, Techno functional analysis for architecting solutions. 1. Designing and developing Azure, microservices with .Net core technology stack 2. APIM gateway Azure API Management 3. Sense of ownership and responsibilities.
