- Required skills (maximum of 6): DHCP, DNS Administration
- Ability to troubleshoot and take corrective actions based on documented process and procedures
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills
- Network Debugging Skills, Knowledge of voice systems, ServiceNOW Alter/monitoring
- Nice to have skills (maximum of 3): DHCP, DNS Administration
- Ability to troubleshoot and take corrective actions based on documented process and procedures

- CISCO Network Switches/Routers Configuration/Replacement/Support/Troubleshooting
- VLAN/bonding (configuration and troubleshooting)
- Network trunking, VLAN, Port Security, STP configuration/Support
- Network Management tools and techniques Rollout and project experiences
- Strong Leadership skills
- Understanding of Cisco Router/Switch configurations and OS levelling
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to work with 3rd party vendors and the customer
- Works well with technicians to instruct how/when to perform work Skilled Network Technician to assist in the wired network configuration and replacement of a large retail customer’s Distribution Center network infrastructure.
- Analyze technical problems & create solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools.
- Will be responsible for daily project network admin/support duties, which would include support & skills transfer.
