Job Description :
Skills & Experience Required:
- Work directly with the Principal HRIS Analyst to assist with the development and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM projects, using specific expertise in Time & Labor module. Researches and reviews policies and practices to create requirements for design and development specifications.
- Partners with Principal HRIS Analyst to Identify use cases and test scenarios. Writes detailed test scripts, conducts unit testing, and manages UAT processes
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff to develop, design, and provide training documentation for HRIS processes and train staff as needed.
- Assist PeopleSoft programmers with the development of interface files utilizing delivered functionality as much as possible.
- MUST have strong in-depth knowledge in Time and Labor along with the Payroll Module.
