Job Description:
As a Personal Assistant at Costin Public Outreach Group (CPOG), you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organizational support to our executives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Managing and coordinating executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and discretion.
* Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Conducting research and compiling data to support decision-making processes.
* Organizing and maintaining files, records, and confidential information.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
* Assisting with personal tasks and errands as needed.

Qualifications:

* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
