Program Manager

 Responsibilities:

• Investigate reported escalations across multiple channels, while providing timely and accurate responses to our partners.
• Develop and implement scalable solutions to support our global partners.
• Develop and maintain standard internal project and process documentation.
• Drive efficiency, productivity and customer-experience improvements.
• Influence external partners effectively in collaboration with the Payment Partnerships team.
• Become an expert in core risk and support infrastructure, tools, systems, and data.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, business, consulting or related fields.
• 2+ years of relationship and / or partner management.
• Experience working in an ambiguous space and driving projects from ideation to launch.
• Knowledge of core payment processing, commerce platforms, and risk systems.
• Experience driving cases through the process of resolution.
• Experience in assessing, analyzing and resolving.

Key Skills:

• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
