Program Manager

Qualifications:

• The ideal Program manager/scrum master will be highly quantitative, have great judgment and passion for the business, be inventive, and have a strong track record of delivery.
• The program manager will dive deep to understand including the infrastructure, dataset dependencies for feature/application deployments, integration testing requirements before deployment.
• The program manager will assist technical program manager to track record of building and delivering software.
• 6+ years of strong technical program management experience in agile environment.
• Scrum master certification or PMI-ACP certification a must.
• Exceptional business relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.
• A good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) models and a track record of shipping software efficiently.
• Recognize the difference between building software and releasing software.
• A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional, projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills.
