Program Manager

Responsibilities:

Program Management: Direct, execute, and control all elements of the task order, including cost, schedule, and performance reporting. Serve as the single point of contact for all matters involving task order performance.
Technical Leadership: Oversee technology assessments, systems design, systems analysis, programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning.
Project Oversight: Manage project personnel, schedules, work assignments, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Proposal Support: Assists in proposal capture and development activities.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of technical experience in support of programs/projects, including equipment support, system support, and programmatic support.
At least eight (8) years of program management experience, including technology assessments, systems design, systems analysis, programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
