Program Manager

Responsiblties:

• Participates in project definition activities including feature analysis and system tradeoffs.
• Develops reliable solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity/creatively.
• Serves as a mentor to less experienced IT Project Manager.
• Takes responsibility to ensure quality project documentation is produced across the program.
• Motivates/drives accountability of project teams, other project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programs/projects, including coordination of resources assigned to projects for which this person is responsible without direct authority.
• Serves as a leader of change.
• Attends/actively participates in department and facility meetings/classes.
• Encourages teams to utilize creative and innovative approaches to accomplish tasks.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality through knowledge of its precepts, skillful workplace applications and continuous organizational improvement.
