Program Manager

Responsibilities:

Works a 40 hour, salaried, unlimited schedule consistently and be able to work extended hours to cover necessary shifts as and when needed.
Directly supervises more than one program/location.
Provides direct care, medication administration and assistance with daily living skills to the individual receiving services appropriately and professionally with respect and dignity.
Reports, monitors and schedules house, vehicle, and IT needs.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining individual finances daily.
Responsible for reconciling monthly account transaction forms.
Monitors and maintains residential budget.
Completes monthly manager check list.
Completes group home internal audit quarterly.
Ensure monthly evacuation drills are scheduled and complete.
Ensures the emergency evacuation plan is reviewed with all staff and signed off quarterly.
Responsible for scheduling all medical appointments as needed and necessary follow ups.
Responsible for the administration and documentation of medication in the program.
Completes monthly case manager reports and submits as requested by case management.
Ensures consistent service delivery which connects work, home, and recreational needs.
Serves as an active member of each person's interdisciplinary team and is responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of the Individual Habilitation Plan.
