This role works closely with Product and Engineering leadership, managers, and scrum masters as well as engineering, architecture, design, analytics, and other key team members to facilitate the delivery of innovative, cross-functional, and timely features to customers. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in program management with a keen understanding of team dynamics, product development/engineering, product management, and commitment to agile development methodologies. This role also emphasizes, coordinates, and communicates team improvement, and works to identify and overcome delivery roadblocks in a complex, cross-functional environment.
