Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own multiple LD&T programs, deliver high-quality, thoughtful learning experiences to employees and co-lead the FP&SC LD&T Committee.
  • Develop project plans and schedules and provide budget oversight for programs.
  • Comfortable leading and facilitating trainings, both over video and in-person, with a live audience while maintaining a high degree of executive presence.
  • Build comprehensive reporting dashboards and learner profiles using available data to deliver segmented and targeted learning experiences.
  • Work in a collaborative partnership with FP&SC subject matter authorities, other learning experts in other lines of T-Mobile’s business, and external instructional design consultants and vendors.
  • Manage a meticulous and detailed project management structure to track multiple concurrent training deliverables and provide progress reporting to management, executives, and business partners. Manage assigned budget and resources for the program.
  • Lead and mentor team members to elevate their skills and coach them as they work to achieve individual career goals. Establish an open and positive team culture, passionate about innovation and achievement.
  • Bring changes and suggestions from each program and sub-program to help improve and develop best practices.
