Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work to control change, adjust the budget, timeline, and project scope to accommodate approved changes.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Collaborate with Resource Allocation Manager to ensure associates with required skills are available to support the implementation of new system/solutions.
• Produce timely, detailed summaries and high-level reports including project schedule, actual vs. budget, and defined KPIs/metrics.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Directors and Product leadership to align projects with stakeholders’ strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and their budgets with a focus on ROI in a heavily regulated, compliance-driven enterprise environment.
• Experience managing cybersecurity projects is required.
• Experience creating and managing project plans using a PPM tool such as MS Project or Clarity.
• Experience managing projects in a matrix setting with no direct reports.
• Experience managing software or infrastructure implementations, cloud-based solutions or integration projects.
