Job Description :
Responnsibilties:
- Responsible for high SAT through execution & delivery of small size / large size project.
- Manage customer expectations - response time and attitude. Anticipate client-side bottlenecks.
- Plan execution and propose solutions to clients or delivery teams in advance through effective.
- Projects, and build a system to maintain the repository.
- Be involved in time/effort estimates for new projects/services for the complete SDLC.
- Responsible for timely and effective communication of project-related work; organizes project
- Kickoffs, acts as a SCRUM MASTER, and manages the Product Backlog.
