Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and track project financials, providing regular reports to executives.
• Coordinate across teams, including field supervisors, CAD/detailing personnel, project engineers, and accounting.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle change management, including creating estimates, budgets, and proposals.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Attend project meetings, mentor team members, and foster strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and potential future opportunities.

 Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain diplomacy and tact in high-pressure situations.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
