Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide Leadership and Project Management support and consultation including the development of artifacts and documentation.
• Prepares ad-hoc reports and presentations for project status meetings using easily digestible visuals and graphical indicators using Microsoft Office applications such as Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & OneDrive.
• Manages meeting logistics and provides facilitation for small team meetings and events.
• Oversight of project management processes such as risk management, change management, and release-management.
• Prepare and present high-quality business and technically-related documentation.
• Understand how technologies integrate/interface with customers' vision for usability and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a project lead role for an enterprise content management solution with a technical background.
• Bachelor's degree from accredited college in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical field.
• Strong, persuasive communication skills; ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical project managers or customers.
