Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and customer service.
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to address issues that arise.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including customers, senior management, and other key partners.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to project team members, including setting goals, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optic networks, wireless systems, and data centers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
