Job Description :

Key Responsibility:

  • Oversee requests for implementing new solutions, feature enhancements, bug fixes, operational reporting, and backlog items, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and milestones.
  • Provide close support to both business and technology teams, ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans for multiple work streams and maintain a centralized tracker to log project issues, open items, dependencies, and risks.
  • Ensure deadlines and handoffs are effectively managed throughout various SDLC phases.
  • Assess, communicate, and mitigate risks, using contingency plans as needed to prevent issues.
  • Provide on-site leadership to project teams, motivating members to achieve project goals and milestones.
  • Report project progress in both detailed and high-level formats to stakeholders, including executives.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including steering committee presentations.
  • Engage in strategic planning to achieve long-term efficiencies and success.
  • Conduct retrospectives, gather feedback, and report on project success criteria and metrics.
  • Lead regular meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate strategic decision-making and optimize solutions.
  • Monitor project expenses, track against approved budgets, and alert stakeholders if any task/activity affects the critical path.
  • Coordinate and manage RFPs from vendors, including scope reviews, cost-benefit analysis, and legal compliance assessments.
  • Manage change order requirements as necessary, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end project management activities, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the companys business to drive effective solutions and initiatives.
  • Report on project success criteria, metrics, and manage test and deployment activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting quality, compliance, legal, and technical standards.
  • Develop change management documentation and communication plans for end-users.
  • Create a detailed cutover plan for project Go-Live activities.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition to the application support team, addressing any pending open items and issues.
