Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with crew leaders, sub-contractors, homeowners and or building project managers to ensure daily production, organization & time management.
- Participate in production meetings for each new project.
- Manage installation process working with crew leaders.
- Actively support & contribute to the Company’s Safety Program; promote & maintain safe working conditions, ensure safe operation. procedures while loading & unloading equipment.
- Assist in analysis of crew’s performance for work and safety.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
