Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Learn/retain knowledge of all credit card related features & functions supported across multiple platforms.
- Support web-based, mobile and IVR testing.
- Create and execute test cases/scripts and analyze results.
- Report bugs and errors in appropriate bug tracking systems.
- Perform browser/device matrix testing to ensure site conforms to project defined standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Follow-up with QA team and the project team on issues, suggestions, timelines.
