QA Tester

Job Description:

• Work with end users to formulate and design user acceptance criteria.
• Communicate and work with other testers and stakeholders in the software development lifecycle.
• Develop regression test plans, executing as appropriate.
• Work with the Application Support Group supporting applications and data to further MetroPlusHealth’ mission and strategy.
• Work under the direction of the QA Manager towards fulfilling a comprehensive, end-to-end test strategy for projects and system enhancements.
• Work within cross-functional QA efforts across multiple projects ensuring accurate, on-time delivery of required functionality with production-ready quality. Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of technical and business partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experiences required.
• Strong background in MS Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, and related Microsoft development tools.
• Strong background in web-development and testing tools.
• Hands-on experience with test processes and methodologies, testing techniques and software test tools used for software testing life cycle.
• Prior testing experience in backend testing processes, including large data validation efforts.
