Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Maintain expert understanding of TikTok’s policies, procedures, app features, and internal documents.
- Identify improvement areas for moderator performance and work closely with internal stakeholders and site leadership to prepare solutions.
- Participate in weekly calibration sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment on policy and process.
- Work on AdHoc projects as requested by leadership.
- Perform weekly Audits across multiple workflows and Lines of Business.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of a broad range of software applications and of hardware and networks.
- Strong programming knowledge.
- A good understanding of business.
- Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture.
