Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience in consulting with a specialization in business and operational process change.
• Provides process engineering technical support expertise to production activities and plant projects to improve unit operations. Analyzes processes and re-engineering alternatives, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
• Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.
• Performs supply chain analyses and develops related recommendations.
• Has specialized experience in modeling business processes and requirements and integrating them with data and system architectural models and requirements.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS and 3 years of relevant experience or Masters and 2 years; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Position requires TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
• Experience creating, analyzing, prioritizing and developing systems and processes to provide quality metrics and to track and report on SLAs and processes.
• Experience creating quality controls and processes using Systems Engineering processes, methods, and tool.
• Experience with monitoring, oversight, and compliance of improvements efforts.
• Desired Certifications: Certified Quality and Organizational Manager, Certified Systems Engineering Professional, Certified ISO Auditor,and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of using software testing tools.
• Excellent programming skills are a must.
• QA analysts should be good in mathematics, and analytics.
• They are required to have strong technical skills.
• QA analysts should be good problem solvers.
• Report making skills.
