Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using review audit parameters metrics and reports.
- Understand the needs of the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and streamline processes and implement process standards that enhance service delivery and the customer experience.
- Coordinate with team manager by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Complete Internal audits across global teams.
- Ensure Quality Dashboards are accurately published on time to all the stakeholders.
