Job Description :
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience as Quality Analyst.
- The candidates must have knowledge of call center metrics, CRM, and Customer Service, hands-on experience with 7-QC tools, and the difference between feedback and coaching.
- Must have experience in a chat and email auditing.
- Must have international BPO experience.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of a broad range of software applications and of hardware and networks.
- Strong programming knowledge.
- A good understanding of business.
- Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture.
