Job Description :
- Understand & be able to navigate DWH architectures, Schemas
- Proven Redshift expertise
- Look at underlying system to track performance
- Distribution keys, sort keys
- MVP architecture
- 10 years of experience with database administration in OLTP and OLAP enterprise environments with mixed database architectures including but not limited to SQL, NoSQL, Row/Column-based datastores, Graph data stores, Master Data Management platforms.
- 8 years’ experience with tuning Microsoft SQL platforms
- 5-7 years’ experience managing database environments similar to Amazon Redshift
- Designs, documents, and manages database architecture and infrastructure
- Reviews, develops, tunes, and applies database scripts across all environments (lower and upper)
- Adheres to standards and recommends standards/guidelines for proper operation, security, maintenance, and overall administration of database platforms.
