Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Performs data analysis to include data validation, investigation, and testing of hypotheses.
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, processing, and validating of internal and external data.
- Collaborate in the development of reports & dashboards that facilitate leasing and management decisions.
- Analyze and summarize key findings of research, create reports and presentations for internal and external use.
- Work with a variety of commercial real estate market data, retailer and real estate performance data, demographic data, and internal data as well as other third-party data.
- Support research on demographic and economic trends, retail and business activity, retailer performance.
