Research Data Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Conducts program analysis, documents findings, and makes recommendations on business processes and data elements.
• Provides technical and database administration support to federal staff and grantees.
• Develops and applies new approaches for conducting complex, comprehensive studies which deal with major issues affecting program management.
• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders regarding child care issues and concerns.
• Performs a range of activities related to analyzing data; researching information; and preparing materials of an analytical and descriptive nature.

Requirements:

• If not previously completed, a background security investigation will be required for all appointees. Appointment will be subject to the applicant's successful completion of a background security investigation and favorable adjudication.
• One year probationary period may be required.
• If you are selected for this position, the documentation that you present for purposes of completing the Department of Homeland Security Form I-9 will be verified through the DHS "E-Verify" System.
• All Federal employees are required to have Federal salary payments made by direct deposit to a financial institution of their choice.
• Financial disclosure statement may be required.
