JOB DESCRIPTION

Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement Over five years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with experience in Sales Cloud Graduate/Postgraduate in technology or related field (Salesforce development certification an added advantage) Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Salesforce Admin (an added advantage) Skill in creating Apex classes and triggers and integrations Experience in data migration using import wizard, workbench and other integration tools, such as Apex data loader Experience in SOQL and SOSL queries Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to gather and analyse user requirements and suggest the best solution Validate business requirements/other considerations (security, scalability, limits) Design and develop solutions in Salesforce Sandbox following user approval Thoroughly test the functionality of solutions and provide demos to users to get their feedback/approval before replicating them in production Configure and maintain Sandbox and production environments to facilitate the successful development and deployment of new on-demand features and functionalities Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements Customise user interface, including Visualforce pages/lightning pages and lightning web components Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organisation Develop reports, dashboards and calculated fields Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation and write/maintain test classes for all custom development Improve architecture and optimise performance of complex software systems
