Job Description :
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Salesforce strategy and support team to ensure the team is meeting defined Operational and Service Level. Agreements, including incident response across the following areas: Salesforce, DocuSign, and other connected applications.
- As the team Developer, manage APEX code base and integrations; develop Lightning components and visualforce pages to support business requests.
- Develop using out-of-the box Salesforce.com functionality assisting other Salesforce.com Administrators.
- Assist with overall system Architecture and integrations.
- Ensure production issues are triaged, prioritized and resolved in a timely and resolute manner.
- Provide advanced support for Salesforce and integrations to adjacent systems.
Key Skills:
- knowledge of basic object-oriented programming,
- knowledge of C# and JavaScript.
- A strong design background.
