Job Description :
Responsiblties:
- Review test cases and test plan to ensure that requirements have been met by the project delivery team.
- Perform technical peer review of configuration and customization done by peer developers.
- Review and approve system documentation as changes/enhancements are deployed to ensure accuracy.
- Provide oversight on production support including working with the technical teams to develop root cause analysis, and communicating resolution to the stakeholders and end users.
- Act as liaison with the vendors, development teams, and business users to create and finalize end-to-end technical solutions.
- Support Release Masters with comprehensive steps to implement the solution to production.
