Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Sprint planning and conducting daily scrums.
- Grooming of backlog and managing retrospectives.
- Maintaining RAID log for teams under management.
- Conveying status reports to project teams.
- Balancing PMO milestones with scrum activities.
- Assessing team velocity, blockers, and conflicts.
- Environmental management for projects when needed.
- Coaching and mentoring in agile best practices.
- Shielding the team from outside distractions and interferences.
Requirements:
- 10 to 12 years of experience required.
- Financial background with knowledge in Derivative, Cash, Finance, and Banking products.
- Understanding of agile approaches.
- Familiarity with common development practices and the SDLC.
- Ability to multitask and assess priority quickly and effectively.
