Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Ensure team data and boards are updated and accurate.
• Champion data-driven and team-driven incremental improvements.
• Track metrics and use data to improve outcomes and transparency.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and internal and external communication.
• Support the team in value-driven deliveries and achieving sprint goals.
• Help development teams attain a higher level of Scrum maturity.
• Create a productive environment where team members feel confident and enjoy work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in, computer science, information technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the Scrum master role in software development.
• Must be familiar with software development.
• Excellent servant leadership and presentation skills.
• Conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
