Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress.
• Guide the team in Agile principles, removing impediments, and promoting team organization.
• Act as a liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and clients.
• Ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for sprint planning, task management, and documentation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to innovate and refine processes.

Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM/Business related programs.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in product development.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practical application in project management.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, proficient in sprint planning, backlog management, and project documentation.
