Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Champion agile values, agile principles, and agile framework practices to delight customers and stakeholders.
- Guide the Scrum Team's focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- Remove impediments to the Scrum Team's progress.
- Build effective partnerships with Product Owners, supporting product backlog management and refinement, release planning, and aligning delivery with stakeholders’ expectations.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure they are positive, productive, and efficient.
- Establish and report KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, embracing change and innovating daily to improve team processes and delivery.
- Support internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information.
