Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Drives analytics for supply chain and transportation optimization by collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Support key strategic initiatives and process improvements with analytics contributions.
• Understand market trends and assess impacts with regards to supply chain operations.
• Support the development of an “analytical capability” and data concepts to become the business expert in these areas.
• Translates medium to large data sets, analysis, and complex models in usable, effective, and presentable data to key stakeholders to drive business improvement opportunities.
• Effectively participate in Agile Ceremonies with Product teams.
• Participate in production of innovative analytic solutions that drive existing and changing business processes and business strategies.
• Perform recurring and ad hoc quantitative analysis to support day-to-day decision making.
• Work with customer-centric algorithm models and tailor them to each customer as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative/analytical or related discipline or equivalent years of work experience.
• 5 years or more of experience in Supply Chain with Inventory Management, Logistics and Warehousing
• Strong cross functional collaboration with supply chain users is essential.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills are required.
• Excellent helicopter view as well as deep dive analytical skills are required.
• Ability to translate complex data into a consumable presentation.
• Ability to travel to 2-3 conferences a year.
• Nice to have PowerBI data visualization development.

Key Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of data analytics, cleaning and preparation.
• Proficiency with data modeling and data analysis tools.
• Expertise in programming languages Java, Python, R, SAS, Scala, SQL.
• Experience with statistical and mathematical analysis.
